Moved, settling, Jr 18 months, Mommy 6 months!

So every time I sit to catch up on our life, I find myself writing a little and then putting the computer down to rest and relax, which ultimately leads to me never being able to finish this entry (except for today, I hope). So here's my pieced together entry from moving to CO, the Tike at 18 months, me at 6 months pregnant and traveling during this much needed offseason.

We're moved, settled and enjoying the off season!

Adam/Daddy update:
-Is enjoying a much needed break from football and working out!
-Finished the season his 4th season strong and in good health.
-Lead the d-line with most tackles and was only a sac away from being the leader there too.
-Was the only player on the d-line to start every game.
-Jr continues to be a "Daddy's Boy" and loves to play and be held by daddy all day long.
-Has been an amazing husband through this whole pregnancy that has been really hard on me. He's always willing to help out in anyway whether its around the house, running errands, or taking care of the tike!

The Tike @ 18 months:
-Celebrated his 2nd New Year!
-Took his 18th flight!
-Officially a resident of Colorado now!
-Moved into a rented house while our permanent home is being built.
-Has already lived in 3 states.
-Graduated from the "Birds" class at the Little Gym in Ashburn. Loves going to there every week.
-Drinks milk all day long and is one of his favorite signs. We try giving him water, but he just hands it back and signs milk to us again until we give him his milk.
-Continues to sleep 8-7:30ish, gets up for breakfast at 8 and is a great one napper.
-Loves to give hugs and kisses. For some reason he feels he needs to give kisses on the lips all the time too, not sure where that came from.
-Is a busy body full of energy all day long.
-Help celebrate Aleah's 2nd birthday at her party. Loves to play over at her house with her kitchen and stroller.
-Took a trip to Wyoming to pick up Rambo and the pickup from Uncle Bill and Bob.
-Took a trip to Nebraska to see Grandma/pa McBride and Great Grandma/pa Carriker.
-Ended up having to go on breathing treatments and an antibiotic for a terrible cough and cold. Is doing a lot of better after lots of love and medicine. It delayed our trip plans a little, but the rest for him was much needed for him to recover.
-Got to play with Jenna and Olivia for an evening.
-Was dressed up in girl clothes for the first time because he was spiking a temp and needed some light clothes to sleep in at Grandma's.
-Went to visit Great Grandma & Grandpa Carriker. They were excited to see him and Jr loved playing with Grandma's wheelchair and getting into everything in her room.
-Loves to play at the slide at Grandma & Grandpa McBride's.
-Likes to play with a doll with hair at Grandma & Grandpa McBride's.
-Met Uncle Darren and cousin Tristan for the first time.
-Stayed with Great Aunt Bonna and Uncle Ed while visiting Great Grandma & Grandpa Carriker.
-Talks all the time, unfortunately not in words we can understand yet. He does same probably about 15 words clearly.
-Recently learned what "Mine" is and likes to tell us that certain things are his.
-Enjoys going to Humpty Dumpty Story Time at the library. Between the signing, reading, little activities and all the other kids Jr has a blast.
-Is starting to love up to Aleah. He usually gives her at least one hug and kiss when they're together. Aleah loves him to death and always wants what he has to be around him all the time.
-Has become a true toddler when it comes to eating. Eats just enough to take away the hunger pains and then he's off.
-Eats really good all by himself and is great at telling us when he's completely done eating.
-Loves to help vacuum and swifter. Has his own little vacuum and loves to just turn it on and leave it.
-Is going through a throwing stage. We're trying to explain how it's okay to throw a ball, but not a toy. Not the easiest thing for a year and half year old to understand.
-Wants to be outside all the time. Signs outside a lot during the day.
-Loves playing outside with Daddy and Rambo. Likes to throw Rambo his ball and rope to him.
-Got to go sledding with Daddy a couple days in the backyard.
-Loves to go out and stomp around in the snow and throw it up in the air.
-Is a great at scribbling with a crayon.
-Likes to ride around on his trike.
-Is an overall joy to watch grow up and can't believe it's already been 18 months since we welcomed him into the world!
-Still loves his jumparoo!
-Had his first pancake today. He ate it by himself, he was shoving the whole thing in his mouth at once, he sure seemed to love them.
-He is really acting like a toddler especially this past week, and is becoming more and more incredibly roudy every day, he is such a boy.
-Grandma and grandpa McBride have a little pack'n play for the dolls, he decided to get in, he can barely fit and it was quite funny.
-Has his top two molars cutting through right now.

Mommy update with NBC update:
It's been a whirl wind of events thus far. I've had a lot of pressure inside where the baby's head is nestled down on me and when we came out here it seem to increased greatly (most likely do to traveling and stress of moving). Anyway, it was getting so bad that A & my mom really thought I should go see the dr just to make sure everything was going ok (especially where I'm super early). Finally after calling 2 different places I was able to get into see a PA, where I was told to take it super easy and will now be watched super closely the rest of this pregnancy. I've been back to the dr once since then where she measured everything to make sure there were no signs of me going into labor. As of right now everything looks to be going fine I just need to make sure I take it super easy (which in my case is a lot easier said than done). I go in Tuesday where she'll run a test to see if there's a chance I could go into labor within these next 2 weeks. We finally decided on a boy name. We've had our girl name since Jr was born, but now we have the boy name decided as well. We also ended up doing the Nebraska trip this week as we weren't able to go on our Mexico trip due to the pregnancy. Grandma & Grandpa are going to take Jr for a couple days so we can get ready for NBC!

Pregnancy update:
How far along? 25 weeks tomorrow (6 months)
Total weight gain/loss: about + 11 lbs
Maternity clothes: Yep, plus form fitting shirts to show off my cute little basketball.
Stretch mark? Nope.
Sleep: Is exactly what I need. I usually go to bed around 10, get up at 7 and take an hour or two nap in the afternoon while the Tike naps. I've started waking up a lot in the middle of the night just trying to get comfortable.
Best moment this week: Feeling the baby move all the time and making it past its v-day. Also that the baby has now flipped so its head isn't causing me as much pressure. Baby moved into the breached position, but I think he/she has now flipped again.
Movement: NBC is like a lil wiggle worm. I love feeling NBC move like crazy especially after I eat or just after a long day of being bounced around all day long.
Food Cravings: None.
Gender: Waiting until NBC's b-day! We are however going to do some wives tales pretty soon (drain-o, quizzes, Chinese chart, etc). If I had to guess though I would say boy, however a lot of people are saying girl (not sure if it's because they want or think that though).
Labor Signs: Yes. Yesterday was a little scary; we'd been traveling back to my parents from seeing A's grandparents and just had a busy day and by the early evening I was shot. I was having a lot of cramps, lower back pain and some contractions here and there. I've never felt as bad as I did last night. I was ready to go to bed and pray that I would wake up feeling better, which thankfully I did. Although I'm still trying to take it super easy as my body is starting to do things to prepare for the baby just like it did with Jr.
What I miss: I just wish I enjoyed this pregnancy more like I did with Jr. It's been really hard on me physically and I've truly only been able to enjoy this pregnancy for about 6 weeks. I also miss being able to workout, however I know it's not even an option which makes me feel okay about not doing much. Like I always tell A, when you're pregnant it's not about you anymore it's all about that baby your growing.
What I am looking forward to: Having some quiet time with A, so him and I can just relax and do somethings to get ready for the baby. Going to my appointment on Tuesday. It was suppose to be this past Friday, however since our trip back to Nebraska was stalled a couple days due to Jr's terrible cold I rescheduled it to Tuesday. The dr plans on running the test to see if there is a chance I could go into labor and is really just keeping a close eye on me since I've been having all these issues.
Weekly Wisdom: Relax & rest, because if I don't I feel terrible and it's defiantly not good on me or the baby.
Milestones: Finalized our names! Feeling the baby move all the time. Making it to NBC's v-day.
*So ever since we've moved to Loveland, NBC's heartrate has gone up to 150. When we were in Ashburn it was consistently in the low 120s. Strange?!

“Whoever claims to love God yet hates a brother or sister is a liar. For whoever does not love their brother and sister, whom they have seen, cannot love God, whom they have not seen. And he has given us this command: Anyone who loves God must also love their brother and sister.”-1 John 4: 20-21
